Serge Moulène
Eastern Europe - Asia - LNG
Serge Moulène joined the Group in 1974 and was responsible
for worksites in the Lyons region. In 1982, he joined projects teams in
the port of Damietta in Egypt and oversaw work for the Kasr Al Aini
hospital project in Cairo.
In 1989, he was seconded as a worksite supervisor for the airport
construction project in Karachi, Pakistan. In 1991, he was transferred
to the United Arab Emirates agency before being appointed in 1993
general manager of our subsidiary, the Sainrapt Contracting Company.
He developed the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) product offering for VINCI
Construction Grands Projets and won a first contract in Qatar in 1998.
In 2004, he became sector director for Asia, the Middle East, and LNG.
In 2006, he was appointed director of operations for Eastern Europe,
Asia and LNG.
