Isabelle Balestra

Isabelle Balestra, who was born in 1965, holds a special studies degree in global business law from université de Paris I and the faculty of Institut de droit public des affaires de Sceaux. In 1994, she was called to the Paris Bar and spent six years as a specialist initially in public law and environmental law and later in business law and litigation.
In 2000, she joined Saipem (formerly Bouygues Offshore) as director of the group in charge of engineering-related law disputes; later, in 2007, she was named assistant legal director.
In 2008, as part of VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Isabelle Balestra took on the role of legal director and became a member of the executive committee.
