Construction manager
Construction managers are responsible for organization and coordination at the worksite. They are enablers who make sure work moves forward at the worksite within set timetables, budget, and quality requirements. They ensure that established plans are respected and that onsite workmanship is of high quality. They must also develop and sustain relationships with external partners (clients, suppliers, subcontractors) and internal partners (worksite foremen, managers, feasibility study firms).
