Diversity

With over 4,000 employees around the world, VINCI Construction Grands Projets is dedicated to promoting diversity and equal opportunity for all within the company.

Following studies on the causes of discrimination in corporate settings, VINCI Construction Grands Projets seeks to apply best practices for employing and integrating personnel with disabilities and ensure equal professional opportunities for men and women.

The company has adopted concrete measures:

We have come to an agreement with Partnerjob to foster employment for the spouses of personnel assigned abroad.
We are a signatory of the convention regarding the salaried spouses of expatriate personnel, an initiative of Centre inter-entreprises de l'expatriation (Cindex) (inter-company centre for expatriate professionals).
Our Human Resources personnel undergo training designed to raise awareness regarding discrimination in the workplace.
We contribute to the integration of young people from sensitive neighbourhoods by working closely with AJIR, a youth association.
We have issued a special cheque book called CESU (Chèques Emploi Services Universels) to employees with disabilities, which covers greater amounts than those usually assigned to other company personnel, in order to assist them in their daily activities.

Overseas employees

As part of the company’s integration policy, VINCI Construction Grands Projets provides to its mobile foreign employees at large-scale international worksites a specific status and context-related employment benefits.
